Home improvement Design Process Works:
Consultation
During the initial consultation Georgia Home Innovations project managers will
identify your creative vision and functional design needs, as well as any
additional logistics or requirements necessary
to design and complete your remodeling project in Metro Atlanta, GA.
Design Concept
Our design team then translates these components into aesthetically pleasing,
innovative design(s). The design will incorporate the functionality, durability and cost requirements established during
your consultation. Then the best quality materials specifically suited to the application, and the
appropriate professional construction techniques are incorporated into the
design.
Quote Preparation
Once a design is completed, a competitive quote which includes:
* The Remodeling Design
* A Detailed Cost Breakdown
* The Project Time Frames
* A Payment Schedule,
as well as any other stipulation agreed upon by the customer and Georgia Home
Innovations, during the consultation or design process. The formal written quote is then relayed to the customer via
email, postal service, or in person as requested by the customer.
Build and Install
Once the bid/ quote is accepted, a team of Georgia Home Innovations construction
specialists are assigned the project as well as any additional specialty
subcontractors that may be needed. Fabrication of various components, such as custom cabinetry, railings frames,
etc., may be completed at Georgia Home innovations and then installed at the
remodeling site as warranted. Once installation is completed a final clean-up
is performed as warranted and remnants of the project are removed.
