How many years experience do you have?

We have over 20 years experience in all facets of remodeling, wood refinishing, cabinetry and general renovation.

Do you provide any discounts or specials?

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes.

How do I get started?

Once you have identified the type and amount of remodeling work

you wish to have done (many times home owners have several items on their remodeling wish list, prioritize each project as you see fit, based on your household needs and available financing), email us

or give us a call to schedule a design/ quote consultation.

I have some general remodeling ideas, can you help me establish which ideas will work best for my situation?

Yes. You can also go to the contact us page and upload images of any ideas you may have come across, along with pictures and or dimensions of the area to be remodeled. This is optional of course, but may allow us to help you narrow your selections in advance of a design quote consultation. You can use the form to communicate any information pertinent to your remodeling project.

What are your payment options?

Payment options vary from job to job, however generally at least the price of materials and travel to the job site is calculated into the down payment. A final payment will then be due at the completion of the work. In Atlanta, GA, home remodeling contractors will often work with customers on multiple payment plans for large scope jobs. Ultimately, any unresolved payment arrangements are finalized and agreed upon between the customer and contractor during the time that the customer awards the bid to us.

What about work schedules and rules for household access by workers during the job?

This will vary with the type and scope of the work being done. You can discuss these options and any time leading up to, during, or after your design quote consultation. We will work with you to establish

a plan that is amenable to you and minimizes disruptions of your ongoing household activities as much possible.

Do you provide clean-up and debris removal upon completion of a remodeling job?

Yes. We make special efforts to minimize our foot print both during and after completing our remodeling work, so you can better enjoy the remodeling process and its rewards.

How can I be sure that GHI will complete the project as it was agreed upon while keeping the standard of quality high?

You will have a project contractor who is there to answer any questions or concerns as the project progresses. Their job is to inform you and react to any reasonable request during the project. Many customers who don't have this open communication with the contractor feel uncomfortable and sometimes feel they are not getting the value as a result.

Will I be able to request change things during the project?

Yes, if those medications fit within the scope of the project, a modified quotation is created and when the customer and GHI agree, the project can easily move that direction.
